By decision of the government, a property - private property, necessary for the construction of servicing technical infrastructure - an access road to the Gas Pipeline Cleaning Station “Kresna“, crane nodes “Kresna 2“ and “Kresna“ on the Site “Looping from Kulata to Kresna“, on the territory of Blagoevgrad district. The property, with an area of 20 sq. m, is located on the territory of Kresna municipality and is part of the project “Increasing the capacity for natural gas transmission at the Kulata/Sidirokastro interconnection point in the direction from Greece to Bulgaria“. The funds for compensation to the owners of the affected property are provided by “Bulgartransgaz“ EAD. The decision may be appealed before an administrative court at the location of the property within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.
By decision of the Council of Ministers, a property in the city of Razgrad, which is private state property, becomes public state property. It is an independent site in a building located on Blvd. “Beli Lom“ No. 40. The property is managed by the “Customs“ Agency and is used for the needs of the Razgrad Customs Bureau at the Territorial Directorate of Customs Ruse, thus acquiring the character of a property - public state property, in accordance with the State Property Act.
The Government decided to change the status of properties provided for management by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in the city of Veliko Tarnovo from public state to private state property. The properties are located in the area “Troshana“ and have an area of 4314 sq. m and 5154 sq. m respectively.
The government decided to provide free of charge for the management of the Municipality of Pleven a part of a property - public state property. It is located in the area of “Kaylaka“ and includes an administrative and household building with a built-up area of 111 sq. m, a warehouse with a built-up area of 9 sq. m and a training wall.
By decision of the government, properties - public state property become private state property and are provided in the ownership of the Municipality of Dolni Chiflik for the construction of municipal infrastructure for social and educational activities, warehouses, garages and workshops for storage, servicing and maintenance of municipal equipment and materials, and landscaping. They are located in the town of Dolni Chiflik and represent two plots of land, one of which has buildings built on it, located on the territory of a former military district.
It is planned to create a social complex for residential care, including centers for adults with intellectual disabilities, for adults with mental disorders, for adults with physical disabilities, a center for older adults without disabilities and a day center for adults with permanent disabilities. The municipality's investment intentions also include an expansion of the existing village park, recreation areas, children's and sports grounds for public needs. It is planned to separate a plot of land for a training ground at the Vocational High School of Agriculture “Ivan Vl. Michurin“ - town. Dolni Chiflik for practice and exercises, as well as the construction of warehouses and expansion of the terrain for storage, servicing and maintenance of the municipal fleet.
Due to no longer being necessary, the management of the properties is taken over by the Ministry of Justice - General Directorate “Enforcement of Penalties“. They will have to be returned to the state if the municipality does not implement the planned activities within 5 years of their acquisition.
An obvious factual error is being corrected in Decision No. 339 of the Council of Ministers of 2025 on the expropriation of properties - private property, necessary for the construction of servicing technical infrastructure - an access road to the Gas Pipeline Cleaning Station (SOG) “Kulata“ and the Crane Node (KV) “Kulata“ of the Site “Looping from Kulata to Kresna“. The decision of the Council of Ministers corrects a factual error in item 1, letter „b“ of Decision No. 339, regarding the owner of the property subject to the compulsory decision. The decision may be appealed within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.
