Dr. Goodz, after whose procedures women end up in "Pirogov", has apparently left the country - 1

New stories from women who suffered after Botox cosmetic procedures. Botox and filler with a 30% discount - this is the offer that one of the injured women saw back in April last year.

She insists on anonymity and tells bTV that instead of a beauty procedure she got a disfigured face, headaches, and vision problems.

“I had Botox done on three areas of my face. She examined me and said that she would put a certain amount on me and that I would have to come back for a touch-up in 20 days. She didn't give me any documents, the only thing she told me was to drink zinc and with those words I went home. I noticed that it just didn't look good on my face. One eyebrow was sitting higher, the other lower and she said that there was no problem after the retouching it would fix everything“, shares the injured woman.

A second procedure followed, during which her condition became more complicated.

“On the 11th day I woke up with a drooping eyelid and from then until December I had problems.
I told her that I had a terrible headache - my head hurt a lot, I had the feeling that something had literally stepped on my forehead, on my whole face. I felt generally down. She recommended that I drink vitamin D and go to a sauna, and then she tried to shift the blame onto me – “maybe I was lying down“, literally that's what it said – “I lay down and bent over and that's why something like this happened“, the woman shares.

She goes to the doctor after repeatedly exchanging messages with the woman who gave her Botox.

“I was just looking for a reason for the condition I was in, to understand these swellings and edemas that were occurring in the eye area, above them, below them, what caused them“, the victim shares.

“I had doubts that it was from the Botox. I asked her. She said then that it was absolutely categorical that it was not from the Botox. I had an examination of the ears, nose and throat, a scan, they thought I had sinusitis. I don't have sinusitis. They were looking for some kind of inflammation in my eyes“, she also says.

No doctor can find out what's wrong with her. “Only one dermatologist told me that she might have overdosed on Botox“, the woman points out.

In the end, the money for the procedure was returned to her, and the amount was transferred to a bank account.

“The stress I experienced cannot be compared to this money. It caused me serious psychological trauma, maybe I won't decide on cosmetic procedures anytime soon, I won't trust so easily. What I experienced I can't describe in words, I just felt very bad mentally“, the woman shares.

The specialist who applied the Botox has changed several salons in the last year, a check shows. The information that she has a higher medical education has also been deleted from her social media profile. The injured girls say they do not have her phone number and have booked their appointments online.

The salon where the injured girls were given Botox remains closed today and for the past few days.

The office where the Botox was given has no signs and is not labeled as either a beauty salon or a medical center. However, many girls have visited it. We contacted one of them, who gathered the courage to speak out after her visit to “Pirogov“.

“The lady goes by the name Dr. Goodz on Instagram. As far as I know, she graduated in cosmetic medicine in Russia and her diploma is not even recognized on our territory“, the woman shares.

And in her case, almost immediately after the second procedure, the symptoms became visible.

„Left eyelid drooping, I lost vision in my left eye. I was experiencing extreme fatigue to the point where I really couldn't do any daily activities. I couldn't cook, I couldn't take my child to school. Even then, I asked her if there was a possibility that I had botulism. She then told me: "No, you definitely don't have botulism – you need to inject very large units of this preparation to catch botulism”, the victim says.

„She also suggested that I come back to her to inject a third product - I refused. I told her that it was shocking that she would offer such a thing. Then she offered to give me pills that are only available with a prescription from the pharmacy and she would give them to me without such a prescription“, she also shared.

Then the communication stopped. And after the media reports, the Executive Agency "Medical Supervision" took action on the case, announcing that they were starting an investigation. The Ministry of Health responded to bTV that such manipulations can only be performed by persons with medical education in a medical institution. As for the woman who had the Botox, there are already doubts that she left the country.
