Astronomers are reporting an expected geomagnetic storm to hit us on September 10-11, says FOCUS.
According to data from the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency (NOAA), it will be G1, but could intensify to G2.
On September 07 (1935UT), sunspot AR3815 unleashed the new strongest solar flare of the current solar cycle - the flare itself was of category M7, Meteo Balkans reports.
During geomagnetic storms, doctors advise to follow a diet with fruits and vegetables, without animal fats. Drinking more water also helps a lot. Spend a few hours outside, but don't overdo it with the walks.
