This was announced by the Secretary General of the pact, Jens Stoltenberg, after an extraordinary online meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council at the level of defense ministers, BTA reports.
We have data on what kind of air defense the allies have, and the assessment is that there is something to provide to Ukraine, he noted. Stoltenberg specified that the delivery of "Patriot" systems, as demanded by Kiev, is also planned. According to him, announcements about the upcoming deliveries can be expected soon.
The Secretary General added that today the ministers also discussed the supply of shells, missiles and drones. Each ally will decide what to provide, Stoltenberg summarized after the meeting, which was also attended by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
