Ukraine will be grateful to the Western countries if they decide to send their troops to the country. “When this happens, we will be very grateful and very happy”, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said in an interview with the CBS television channel.
Nevertheless, Shmigal emphasized that Kiev needs weapons.
Earlier, French leader Emmanuel Macron in an interview with the British magazine The Economist recognized consideration of the issue of sending troops to Ukraine if Kiev requests, " ;if Russian forces break through the front line." According to Macron, many countries understood the approach of Paris and agreed with his position on this issue.
The press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, commenting on these statements of Macron, called them very important and dangerous.
