The leaders of Russia and Turkey held bilateral talks on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Astana, Kazakhstan. The talks lasted about an hour. Putin and Erdogan discussed economic cooperation, particularly in the field of energy.
