Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is offering his Western allies access to the country's valuable natural resources as part of the long-awaited victory plan he finally unveiled today, DPA reported, quoted by BTA.
In a speech to deputies of the Verkhovna Rada in Kyiv, Zelensky said that Ukraine has valuable resources “worth trillions of US dollars”, including uranium, titanium, lithium and graphite.
„The raw materials will either fall into the hands of Russia and its allies, or they will remain for Ukraine and the democratic world,” said the Ukrainian president.
He also promised that after the end of the war, Ukraine would use its military experience to ensure the security of Europe and NATO. Its soldiers could even replace American troops in Europe, Zelensky added. For more than two years, Ukraine has been defending itself against Russian aggression with the help of the West, DPA notes.
