The Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky said today that Russia plans to deploy North Korean troops to the battlefield in the next two or three days, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
"According to intelligence data, on October 27-28, Russia will use North Korean military personnel on the battlefield for the first time,”, Zelensky wrote in "Telegram", referring to information he said he received from a senior Ukrainian military official commander.
Zelensky called on his allies to respond to this "escalating move" by exerting "tangible pressure" on Moscow and Pyongyang.
