This was said by the relatives of 15-year-old Krasimir, who was stabbed in a Sofia mall on Sunday and later died in "Pirogov". "This situation has come to this because there are bad children, parents who do not raise their children or teach them to be violent and to kill other children," mother Nadezhda told Nova TV.
She said that the child lay on the floor in the mall for 20 minutes, without anyone helping him. She added that no ambulance arrived at the scene, and the child was taken away in another car.
The child's first cousin, who was a witness, also said that no ambulance came and no one tried to provide first aid. He added that even the mall security did nothing. The person who took the child is a stranger, the witness also said.
The boy lost blood, but despite the doctors' fight for his life, he died, the mother also said.
The relatives of the murdered boy said that they are demanding a life sentence for the suspect, that he be tried as an adult, and not just receive a five-year sentence.
The suspect Gogi was detained earlier on Monday. He is also 15 years old and has previous criminal records. He made a full confession.
The relatives of the murdered child claim that the two families have no enmity between them, but there was a conflict between the two boys some time ago - the suspect made threats. According to them, the claim that a girl was the cause of the incident is not true.
People called for more police in malls, as well as gun scanners, and threatened to protest "if measures are not taken".
