Evelina Slavkova: Peevski wants to make it known that the role of MRF-New Beginning in this government is not without importance

The conflicts between the ruling parties will not end

I admit that Delyan Peevski wanted to officially come into power with his ministers in the cabinet, but this did not happen. I assume that the other two parties in the coalition did not agree. This opinion was expressed in the morning block of bTV by the sociologist from the „Trend“ Evelina Slavkova.

She nevertheless specified that Peevski wants to make it known that the role of MRF-New Beginning in the government of the country is not without importance, and this is precisely what the photo between him and Borisov, sitting next to each other, shows us.

According to her, the GERB leader made an attempt for „profound changes“ in the government of Rosen Zhelyazkov, which never materialized. However, she predicts that more political crises await us and is convinced that at some point “something will happen“.

As for the BSP and ITN, Slavkova does not expect the two formations to stand out very brightly on the political scene, as they feel comfortable in power, and most likely realize that it will be difficult for them to re-enter the country's governance in new elections.

For her part, Genoveva Petrova from “Alpha Research“ believes that a gun was brought to the political scene in our country, which did not fire this time, but she reminded that the gun is still on the stage and at some point, sooner or later, it will fire according to the laws of theater.

The conflicts between the ruling parties will not end. But if until now the trigger was mainly held by Borisov, it is now known that there is another person in the picture, Petrova added, referring to Delyan Peevski.

According to her, the absence of the BSP and the ITN from the political landscape in the country is glaring, and she added that both formations are certainly suffering damage due to their participation in this government, and trust in their leaders is “gradually decreasing“.
