The mayor of the "Sredets" district in Sofia, Traycho Traykov, told about a case in which a tram stopped abruptly, and some of the passengers inside fell to the ground. The reason the rail vehicle stopped was an NSO vehicle, from which they immediately changed the traffic light signal.
"A few minutes ago, the tram, departing from "Slaveykov" Square, slammed on its brakes hard at the intersection with "Georgi S. Rakovski" Street, there were several strong jolts inside and one or two bumps. I look at the traffic light - red for us in the tram.
