From 00:00 on February 3, 2026, a one-day vignette for passenger cars is being introduced. It provides another opportunity for short-term use of the republican road network.
The one-day vignette will be valid for 24 hours from its starting date and time.
For example, if it is activated at 10:00:00 on February 5, it will be valid until 09:59:59 on February 6. Its price is 4.09 euros (8 BGN). The new vignette, as well as the other types, can be purchased with a delayed start up to 30 days before the date of travel.
The one-day vignette, among the others, is valid for passenger cars up to 3.5 tons, for trailers and caravans, as well as for camping cars of category M1, regardless of their technically permissible maximum mass.
A separate vignette for a trailer or caravan is purchased only if, when attached to the vehicle, the total weight exceeds 3.5 tons. The vignettes for the car and for the trailer/caravan can be of different durations according to need.
In 2026, the prices of the vignettes are the same as in 2025 and are listed in euros and leva. The conversion is done automatically at the official fixed rate and no additional actions are required from users.
The prices of the vignettes are as follows:
• Annual – 49.60 euros (97 lv.)
• Quarterly – 27.61 euros (54 lv.)
• Monthly – 15.34 euros (30 lv.)
• Weekly – 7.67 euros (15 lv.)
• Weekend – 5.11 euros (10 lv.)
• One-day – 4.09 euros (8 leva) and is valid from February 3, 2026.
In addition to the National Toll Administration website or the mobile application, a vignette can also be purchased from other RIA sales channels - at a counter against payment in cash or through a self-tolling terminal with a card. Counters are located at the main border checkpoints, as well as in the 27 regional road administrations throughout the country. There are 464 self-tolling terminals.
Vignettes can also be purchased from the partner network of the “Road Infrastructure“ Agency.
When purchasing a vignette, users must carefully review and check the information entered by them or by the relevant employee before confirming the final payment. The responsibility for filling in correct information about the vehicle number, its category and the period of validity of the vignette lies with its owner or user. In case of incorrectly declared data, it is considered that the due fee for the respective vehicle has not been paid.
The characters from the registration number can be entered in both Cyrillic and Latin characters, but must correspond to the characters in the registration number itself. When writing the number, only letters and numbers are entered. The characters 0 (zero) and О (letter О) are not interchangeable. 0 must be written for a digit from the number.
