From May 21, until 12:00 on May 23 /Thursday/, traffic in the tube to the Tower is restricted of tunnel “Malo Buccino“ on the “Struma“ highway. The traffic will pass in both directions in the tube to Sofia. The temporary organization of traffic is due to repair work on the lighting in the facility, dariknews.bg reported.
Given the expected heavy traffic during the upcoming May 24 weekend, the passage through the tunnel will take place without restrictions. After the holidays, the lighting repair will continue in the tube to Sofia.
Drivers need to drive with caution, strictly following the established traffic organization and the speed limit up to 50 km/h.
Agency “Road infrastructure“ apologizes to drivers for the inconvenience caused, but the actions taken are necessary to ensure traffic safety. The appeal to drivers is to drive carefully, at an appropriate speed, observe traffic rules, the necessary distance and not undertake risky overtaking that endangers the safety of all other travelers.
