At the moment, MRRD has no legal grounds for removing the facility. If the court says, MRRB will tear down Aleppo's retaining wall. Violeta Koritarova was summoned to a hearing regarding the procedural actions that will be taken by jurisdiction in connection with the administrative file referred to in Decision No. 6444/15.06.2023.
