Delyan Dobrev: If it depended on Asen Vassilev, we would never have entered the Eurozone. His budgets were a mystery

The EC data on the budget deficits of the states in the union are out.
It shows that on Asen Vassilev's last day as finance minister (I believe he will never be like that again), Bulgaria registered the highest budget deficit since 2010 (the financial crisis) so far.
Why?

Delian Dobrev from GERB posted this on his Facebook page. Here's more from his comment:

Because his budgets were a mystery. He did them back to front (without sounding ambiguous, despite the appropriate context).
If it was up to Asen Vassilev, we would never have entered the Eurozone. Either inflation will be high, or the deficit will be "short".

P.S. According to Vladi Goranov's idea and my choreography.
