A 6-year-old child died in an accident in Rusensko.
The incident happened shortly after 4:30 p.m. on Sunday in the village of Katselovo, BNT explains.
According to initial information, the 6-year-old girl was in the basket of a specialized machine – telescopic front loader driven by a 44-year-old man. However, while driving along one of the streets in the village, the child fell and was run over by the machine.
A duty team of the police district office in the city of Dve Mogili was sent to the scene of the accident, and later a duty operation group to carry out an inspection.
An emergency team also arrived at the scene, from where they later reported that the girl died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.
The reasons for the incident are being clarified. Pre-trial proceedings have been instituted.
