The Board of the European Public Prosecutor's Office decided on May 22, 2025 to extend the suspension of the Bulgarian European Prosecutor Teodora Georgieva, BNT reported.
The measure remains in force in order to complete the administrative investigation initiated against her.
The institution announced that no additional information can be provided at this time.
We remind you that Teodora Georgieva was temporarily suspended from her post on March 27, 2025, after an administrative investigation was initiated against her for possible violations.
