Today marks one month since the arrest of the Mayor of Varna Blagomir Kotsev and the two municipal councilors Yordan Kateliev and Nikolay Stefanov.
There was a protest in the city on this occasion. People are demanding their release. The three were accused of participating in an organized crime group, as according to the indictment they demanded a bribe from Plamenka Dimitrova, when participating in a public procurement.
The demonstration was under the title "at dinner at Plamenka's" in front of a restaurant believed to be her property.
