The "Hunter's Moon" is set

The biggest and brightest supermoon of the year can be observed in October

Then the Orionids meteor shower will also be active, the maximum of which is on the 20-21 October, broadcast bTV.

The term “supermoon“ is popular rather than scholarly.

Typically this only happens three or four times a year and consistently, given the moon's ever-shifting oval orbit.

There are four supermoons this year. The series of celestial spectacles began with August's supermoon, followed by September's, which coincided with a partial lunar eclipse. October's supermoon will be the closest. The last supermoon of the year, known as the "beaver", will be on November 15.

The last regular full moon - the so-called “cold moon” will be on December 15.
