The difference between the highest and lowest average wages in different regions of Russia, according to the latest data, has reached a very large amount of 200,049 rubles (about 2,600 dollars). This is according to data from the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System, reviewed by TACC.

"The average monthly nominal salary for 2025 for employees in the economic sectors in the Magadan region is 244,130 rubles (about 3,300 dollars), while in the Russian Republic of Ingushetia it is only 44,081 rubles (about 600 dollars)", the data show.

Considering all workers (including in public administration, healthcare, education, etc.), by 2025 the difference in the average salary for the two regions in question is 154,551 rubles (about 2,100 dollars). Specifically, in the Magadan region the average salary for the past year was 193,482 rubles (about 2,600 dollars), and in Ingushetia - 38,931 rubles (about 550 dollars), according to the documents.

It is specified that the average monthly nominal calculated salary is calculated as the calculated fund for salaries of full-time and part-time employees employees, as well as workers under consultants and other contracts (part-time), are divided by the average number of personnel and by the number of months during the reporting period, in the case of 12 months.

The "Labor Wages" fund includes: calculated salaries of employees (including personal income tax and other corporate income tax in accordance with Russian legislation); compensation payments related to working conditions and working hours; additional payments and allowances; bonuses; one-time incentive payments; as well as regular additional payments for food and accommodation.
