At least four people were killed in an Israeli strike on the eastern Beirut suburb of Ain Saadeh.
According to the Lebanon 24 news channel, an Israeli naval vessel fired missiles at two apartments in the Tilal housing complex.
Two of the dead were identified as Pierre Mouawad, a local activist from the Lebanese Christian Forces party, and his wife. Two more dead and several injured were found in an upstairs apartment that had recently been rented out to displaced people, possibly members of the Shiite organization Hezbollah.

Earlier, a car was hit near the town of El Mansouria, which is located in close proximity to Ain Saadeh. No details were provided about the consequences of this Israeli naval attack.
