From 9pm tonight until 8.59pm tomorrow evening there will be a national train strike in Italy, reports the Italian media RAI. "ADN Kronos", ANSA and the website of the Italian railway company "Trenitalia", reported BTA.
Trains will be affected except for the "Trenitalia" and the companies "Grupo FS", "Trenitalia Tper" and "Trenord".
The strike is with a request to improve working conditions and is at the request of the trade union organization Coordination for Self-Organized Transport.
It is expected to cause problems for travelers during the first weekend of May. Passengers will be able to return their tickets and get their money back or reschedule their journeys for another date.
