About 30 houses were damaged "as a result of a missile attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Luhansk" on Sunday. This was announced by the spokeswoman of the occupation authorities of the city, Yana Pashchenko, quoted by the Russian edition of the BBC, quoted by News.bg.

"About 30 houses were damaged. These are individual residential buildings. The nature of the damage - windows, roofs, fences, cars. The transmission lines were damaged, now the power supply has been cut off for the time being," Pashchenko said on the air of the "Lugansk-24" TV channel.

Earlier "the head" of the self-proclaimed LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on Luhansk, allegedly using 12 Western-made missiles, some of which, he said, were shot down by air defense forces.

"It is believed to be eight ATASMS missiles and four Storm Shadow missiles," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Pasechnik claims that the VSU strikes hit warehouses with fuel tanks and the private sector.

The head of the Luhansk regional administration, Artyom Lisogor, however, said that the strikes caused a fire on the sites of a machine-building plant where the Russians repair and store military equipment.

This afternoon, as reported by the occupation media, 12 explosions were heard in this city. They write about a "combined nanny", which is incomprehensible to the occupiers. It was admitted by the Russian anti-aircraft defense system, which only takes down everything for TV reports and Telegram channels.

Right now it's burning again on the sites of the machine-building plant. Usually, the invaders repair and store military equipment there, Lisogor wrote.
