Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic spoke by phone with French President Emmanuel Macron about bilateral relations and regional issues, especially in light of the current events in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Administrative District of Kosovo, Tanjug reports, quoted by FOCUS.
"I emphasized that Serbia remains committed to all processes aimed at preserving peace, cooperation and prosperity, and I reiterated that the development, well-being of the country, as well as the protection of the Serbian people, are our key national interests. I emphasized our commitment to dialogue and respect for international law, as well as our readiness to contribute to the long-term stability of the region," Vučić wrote on his Instagram account “buducnostsrbijeav“.
Vučić expressed gratitude to Macron for his personal commitment to the Western Balkans, as well as for the continuous support that France provides to Serbia on its European path, and invited him to visit Serbia.
