On May 9, Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz made a statement that Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has already lifted several restrictions on trade with the Jewish state imposed due to the situation in the Gaza Strip. Later, the Republic's Trade Minister Omer Bolat said that Israel's claims of supposed easing of trade sanctions were fiction and had no connection to reality.
