We will appear in the elections 2 in 1 through a mandate-bearing party. Negotiations are currently underway with several of them.
This is what Nikolay Drenchev, one of the founders of the newly founded "Alternative for Bulgaria" formation, a former representative from "Vazrazhdane", told the BNR.
Excluded from "Revival" three deputies and the four municipal councilors founded the formation "Alternative for Bulgaria" in Sofia.
"The idea is for a broad unification around the rule of law,", he stressed.
According to Drenchev, the first thing that needs to change in Bulgaria is to have the rule of law:
"This is for the institutions to stop being used as clubs against political and economic subjects. We must break this mafia pattern. This is the main thing that distinguishes Bulgaria from the civilized world. This is the reason why Bulgarians also emigrate and go to live in the West".
"The established formation will grow into a political party that will provide a new alternative that Bulgaria needs. The great fault of the political situation at the moment is that it did not give the right people to make the transition to a developed society, said the former MP from "Vazrazhdane".
In his words, in the 49th parliament, Kostadin Kostadinov's party has become an extremely unconstructive and aggressive opposition:
"In all opposition to the rulers, who were also inadequate and gathered on the principle of "eagle, crab and pike", "Revival" it cannot show that it can be a worthy alternative to the unprincipled coalition. Therefore, those disappointed by the current government do not recognize in the opposition a subject that deserves their vote. Because of this, the number of people who want to go to the polls on election day is decreasing.
On the topics of NATO, the war in Ukraine and the Eurozone, the positions of "Alternative for Bulgaria" are similar to those of "Revival", but with small nuances, Nikolay Drenchev also emphasized.
