The Council of Ministers adopted a decision proposing to the President to issue a Decree to terminate the powers of the Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Chief Commissioner Zhivko Kotsev and to dismiss him from office. The government decision was adopted in absentia. This was reported by Nova TV.
Kotsev is currently on sick leave and is probably in hospital.
