The Sofia Court of Appeal decides whether to permanently remand the former head of the “Mitnitsi” Agency. Petya Bankova and suspected smuggler Stefan Dimitrov, reported NOVA.
According to the prosecutor's office, Bankova provided an umbrella over his activities, and he lobbied for the appointment of specific people in customs. In the materials of the case there are photos and SRS that prove their acquaintance, the court's reasoning says. Nikola Nikolov - Pascal, known in the region of Haskovo, also participated in their group, who is said to be engaged in smuggling. He is missing and is being sought.
