By order of Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev, three deputy ministers have been appointed .
In the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Stoyan Temelakiev and Tony Todorov take over the position.
Stoyan Temelakiev has already held the position of Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs twice, respectively in the period of December 2021 – August 2022 and June 2023 – November 2023. His entire career was spent in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including the position of chief secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2021. He holds a Master's degree in law from the "Neophyte Rilski" University of Law.
Tony Todorov is also a long-time employee of the Ministry of the Interior. He has been working in the system for nearly 20 years, successively holding executive and management positions. He has an educational and qualification degree “master“ from
National Military University “Vasil Levski“ – the city of Shumen.
Kiril Tsenkin and Ivelina Dundakova have been released from the position of Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
In the Ministry of Justice, the position of deputy minister is held by Spaska Kincheva. In the period from 2019 to 2023, she held the position of head of department 02 “Pretrial“ in the Supreme Prosecutor's Office. Before that, from 2016 to 2019, he was a prosecutor in department 01 “Specialized“ of the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office. She was also a prosecutor at the Sofia District Prosecutor's Office, the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office and the Appellate Prosecutor's Office – Veliko Tarnovo.
Emil Dechev and Yulia Kovacheva have been released from the post of Deputy Minister of Justice.
