Judicial reform has stopped and this was clearly the goal of the failed negotiations for a regular government, they stated in the position "Justice for each".
From there, they also list the numerous problems that arise from the unimplemented judicial reform:
The totally compromised composition of the SJC remains in place;
There also remains the Inspectorate at the SJC, which is nearing the end of its second mandate, without having received one;
I.F. is also at his post. chief prosecutor Borislav Sarafov, against whom two investigations are ongoing for possible crimes;
The Anti-Corruption Commission was not elected, but the i.f. its head, Anton Slavchev, was the right-hand man of former chief prosecutor Sotir Tsatsarov.
Since March 1, this commission has been given investigative functions and is already becoming a second prosecutor's club instead of an impartial and effective investigative body for corruption and conflict of interest at the highest levels of the three authorities, "Justice for Everyone" points out.

Regarding the new Minister of Justice, Maria Pavlova - she is a long-time investigator and deputy of the I.F. chief prosecutor Sarafov, at the same time personally proposed by him for this post. Thus, the object of the reform - the Prosecutor's Office - becomes its subject, and in the event of a clear conflict of interest, the deputy chief prosecutor is expected to carry out the reform in the Prosecutor's Office and the High Prosecutorial Council, to be able to submit proposals for disciplinary proceedings and, in case of serious violations, to request dismissal from office of the general prosecutor, according to "Justice for everyone".
According to the Initiative team, this is nonsense and "an open mockery of the idea of the rule of law and independent justice".
"We are going back four years in our development, to the protests of the summer of 2020, to the dark months of complete omnipotence of the oligarchy in the state and political orders in the judiciary, to which are added the established facts of parallel justice , carried out by influence brokers in private clubs and restaurants and with the documented participation of senior magistrates", the position states.
And they call - now is the time to react sharply and angrily, until the political-prosecutor mafia has not completely entrenched itself after expected manipulations and election frauds in the early elections under the watchful eye or with the active assistance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, whose minister turned out to be the most invaluable frame for the status quo of the political oligarchy.
Due to the above, the Initiative "Justice for Everyone" organized a protest on Constitution Day - the Tarnovo Constitution, which laid the foundations of the new Bulgarian statehood.
"Let's get together and say ENOUGH WITH SCAMS AND ROBBERIES, WE WANT FREEDOM AND A LEGAL EUROPEAN STATE, in which power derives from the people and for the people,' appeal from "Justice for Everyone".
The place of the protest is in front of the Courthouse, where the Supreme Prosecutor's Office and the Attorney General's office are located on the fourth floor, "from where the de facto power in the state has apparently been exercised to a large extent for over ten years".
One of the demands will be the removal from office of I.F. Chief Prosecutor Borislav Bobi Sarafov until all ongoing investigations against him, led by the Special Prosecutor for Investigation of the Prosecutor General and his deputies, are concluded.
The day is April 16, Tuesday, from 6:30 p.m.
