"In an extraordinary informational blackout, a project was approved that includes only 40 pediatric beds. They will deepen the problems - they will suck the staff from the medical institutions and from units that are related to the provision of pediatric care. It is obviously not a children's hospital because it includes over 30 other specialties," she said.
In her words, Glavchev created the impression that he could be easily misled and did not know what he was signing. "He said he doubted the documents provided to him. According to her, the investor will probably appeal the change of the initially made decision by the cabinet. "He has already done so with regard to the construction of a hospital in Kazichene, and now the file has been returned to the Minister of Health. This means that the investor is preparing to defend himself in court," the lawyer believes.
