Only in FACTS! Movement speed? This will be the main question surrounding the accident with the NSO car and Kiril Petkov - 1

Movement speed? This will be the main question that will be discussed in the coming days, around the accident with the NSO car, in which the co-chairman of “We continue the change” Kiril Petkov. Who was driving how much at the time of the collision… Will this be the story? The NSO car was moving on a road with priority, a car came out in front of it (NB - this is the version at the moment) to cause the accident. According to our information, the NSO officer turned left – in an attempt to avoid the collision (b.s. - it's legal), but this causes the jeep to hit the driver's door of the other car, which ends tragically for the driver. After the accident, auto technical and forensic medical examinations were appointed. It is from the first that the speed of movement will become clear, and it is determined based on the damage to the cars.

The Deputy Military District Prosecutor of Varna, Lt. Col. Georgi Vassilev, spoke about the speed before the BNR. He explained that the four persons who traveled in the vehicle of the National Security Service have already been questioned. "Just last night, immediately after the inspection of the scene of the accident, the persons were questioned personally by the military prosecutor in the city of Varna. Today, interrogations of new persons who were present at the accident immediately after it happened will continue. As far as I know, the permitted maximum speed is about 60 km per hour in this section of the road before entering the settlement - the town of Aksakovo. At what speed the two cars were moving will become clear after collecting all the evidence and appointing the auto technical expertise, which will give an answer about the mechanism of the accident and possibly which of the drivers, what actions he took just before the accident, explained the lieutenant colonel Vassilev.

“It is possible that the two drivers were involved in the accident,” commented the head of the Military District Prosecutor's Office in Sliven, Hristo Tinev. Citing his years of experience, he suggested that it was possible that the company car was traveling at a higher speed limit. Former Prime Minister Kiril Petkov was in it.

Tinev explained that the Military District Prosecutor's Office is taking over the investigation due to the affiliation of one of the two drivers to the NSO. “If there is no complicity, the case will be forwarded to the District Prosecutor's Office in Varna”, explained Prosecutor Tinev.
