Kostadin Kostadinov: In this parliament we will not negotiate with GERB and DPS - 1

There are two parties in the parliament, which are the huge problem for the functioning of the political system, GERB and DPS, but these two formations have 115 votes, and the rest of us have 125. If the third mandate to form a government goes to “Revival”, the party will start talks to form a general government with "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria", “BSP for Bulgaria", "There is such a people" and "Majesty".

This was commented by the chairman of “Revival“ in the show “Sunday 150“ on the Bulgarian National Radio.

There are two parties in the parliament, which are the huge problem for the functioning of the political system, GERB and DPS, but these two formations have 115 votes, and the rest of us have 125, said Kostadinov. All the others said that GERB and DPS should be isolated from power. A cabinet can be formed from the other parties in the parliament with a mandate of "Revival", the party chairman pointed out. He explained that the topics on which they differ with the other formations can be resolved through a referendum. We have a formula for success, he said, adding that in this case the Prime Minister should be a consensus figure.

According to Kostadinov

has two options – or a cabinet with the mandate of “Revival“, or new elections.

According to the chairman, it is possible that there may be surprises and that some parties or deputies support the cabinet of GERB and DPS. Every government must be expert, regardless of whether the experts have a bright political color or not, said Kostadinov.

There must be new elections. When there is a political crisis, it is resolved by elections, not by forming a government to collect the uncollectable, added the chairman of "Vazrazhdane". The party does not see itself at fault for the election results, because it did not betray its promises to the voters, said Kostadinov.

In Bulgaria, a propagandized mantra has become established that everyone is a masquerade.

The vast majority of people do not trust the state, the parliament and the institutions, they believe that Bulgaria has no future and for this reason they did not go to vote. If there are new elections in the fall, we risk that voter turnout will fall below 30%, commented Kostadinov. According to him, when people do not go to vote, they punish themselves, the so-called political elite does not care if people vote, added Kostadin Kostadinov.

Tomorrow, President Rumen Radev begins consultations with representatives of the parliamentary groups in the 50th National Assembly. The head of state will hold consultations with the parliamentary group of GERB-SDS, DPS and “We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria”.
