Dragomir Stoynev: Boyko Borisov should personally negotiate for the government with the mandate of GERB - 1

I call on GERB and their leader to enter their functions and make efforts to form government, because at this stage it appears that they themselves do not wish to have one. At this stage, if we look at the situation in Bulgaria, there should not be new elections. The BSP is currently in a very difficult situation after the elections.

This comments in “Sunday 150“ on the Bulgarian National Radio, the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) from the "BSP for Bulgaria" Dragomir Stoynev.

In his words, GERB leader Boyko Borisov should personally hold the talks and put on the table what responsibilities he can assume for the management of the country in the coming years.

At this stage, if we look at the situation in Bulgaria, there should not be new elections, believes the politician quoted by BTA.

According to Stoynev, all right-wing forces in the parliament are obliged to make concrete efforts to form a cabinet. For the first two mandates, our control body has already made a decision, for the third – no, so let the necessary negotiations take place, let the right-wing forces in the National Assembly unite, he pointed out. At this stage, as a left-wing party, the BSP has no place in negotiations with the right-wing forces until they have exhausted all options, Stoynev stressed. If someone wants our support for a specific policy, it should be made official, he noted.

In connection with the third mandate handed to "There is such a people" (ITN), Stoinev commented that at the beginning of the election campaign BSP announced an expert cabinet as the only solution to the crisis at the moment and he does not see a problem in the fact that ITN recognized their idea. Whether we will support him, whether we will ask for the third mandate, depends on our bodies, specified Dragomir Stoynev. I am satisfied that it was the ITN that recognized such a proposal, which we first gave, therefore we can find an understanding for such a mandate, said the representative of the socialists, but in his words, the BSP will not solve everyone's problems without asking them for help.< /p>

The BSP is currently in a very difficult situation after the elections, Cornelia Ninova resigned as chairman, Stoynev commented on internal party problems. He refuted allegations that someone in their parliamentary group turned against someone, according to him there is good communication between the deputies.

After such results, there is probably no European leader who would run again, but, after all, this is a matter of personal assessment of Kornelia Ninova, answered the BSP representative when asked if the former chairman of the formation would run again for the leadership place.

It has been three months, there is a lot of speculation, the issue is not on the agenda for now, he pointed out, when asked if he will participate in the race for BSP chairman.

According to Dragomir Stoynev, there should be a conversation with the other left-wing formations about unification, but there should be no euphoria, because for the most part these formations have conducted their campaign on the back of the BSP. According to him, it should be seen whether they can interact on policies. At Buzludzha, we will invite all left-wing formations, left-wing politicians who have left the formation, to come and see if we can lend a hand, said Stoynev.
