"We remain open to talk in a third mandate, we would support an expert government with a certain mandate and certain goals", Ivan Ivanov, deputy chairman of the parliamentary group of the "BSP for Bulgaria", told BNT.
He confirmed his party's position that it cannot support the first and second terms.
According to the deputy, to date there has been no conversation with the BSP on the subject of the third mandate.
According to him, regardless of whether the third mandate will go to them or to another BSP party, they will make the same efforts.
"The fact is that the BSP is having a disastrous result in the elections. We need to look for new policies and approaches, as well as a new way of interacting with all left-wing parties", Ivan Ivanov also said and emphasized that the idea is to appear as a united left in the next elections.
"Everything is possible, Bulgaria is facing a serious test and non-traditional measures must be taken, this is the right move,", Ivanov also stated and did not deny the possibility of holding talks with Maya Manolova and Vanya Grigorova.
