I want to comment on Boyko Borisov's statement today that BSP is now an acceptable partner. Time proves the truth of my battle and that of other socialists – to save the BSP from the backstage, from the clutches of Borisov, who likes to embrace and destroy parties – today he succeeded. Borisov hung the BSP scalp on his belt, just like other parties. This was stated by the former BSP leader Cornelia Ninova to journalists in the parliament.
„For at least a month, we have been talking about a coup and betrayal in the BSP. Not only the replacement of Cornelia Ninova with Atanas Zafirov, but a change in the course of the party. After Borisov's speech, the BSP is entering the path of the parallel state and the behind-the-scenes, against which I have been fighting fiercely for 8 years non-stop“, she emphasized.
Ninova wished the new leadership to improve the results of the previous elections.

She rejected the “suggestions and manipulations" that those expelled from the party, including herself, would appear on the lists of other parties: “Don't ask us anymore, don't write it – we will not appear in the lists of other parties. Dignity and morality stand above everything in politics. We have been invited by other parties to be on their lists, but we have refused. We are expelled from the party, probably will be expelled from the group. We will rest in these elections. In the future – we will decide.“
