She also commented on the election of a new chief prosecutor. “The decisions of the courts, regardless of whether they are first instance, second instance or last instance such as Supreme Court and Supreme Court, are implemented. I would not allow myself to criticize a higher instance like the court. I hope he makes decisions without any foreign interference," said Dimitrova.
"The started procedure is a continuation of the changes in the Constitution,", she commented. According to her, the changes are a “farce”. “During the last four years, there was no political will to elect new members of the SCC”, Dimitrova also said.
„The election of the chief prosecutor is not important for the BSP, but for all Bulgarian citizens. We are about to look into this issue," she added.
