A tractor driver with 3.34 per mille of alcohol was detained in the Beloslatin village of Tarnava, the police in Vratsa, broadcast bTV.
The 34-year-old offender was driving a tractor with a trailer attached, owned by the Municipality of Bela Slatina, when he was stopped for inspection by a car patrol.
He refused to give a blood sample and was left in custody for 24 hours, public radio reported.
