A woman was injured in an accident on the Veliko Tarnovo-Ruse road at the junction for the Transfiguration Monastery, NOVA reported.
According to initial information, two cars collided head-on.
The road in the area of the accident is temporarily closed. Cars traveling to Ruse are diverted via a detour through Gorna Oryahovitsa, and those traveling to Veliko Tarnovo from the village of Samovodene via the village of Parvomaitsi.
The reasons for the incident are in the process of being clarified. The condition of the victim is also being specified.
