Political scientist Dimitar Ganev “opened the door” to the election results, stating in an interview with NOVA that there is a possibility for the most fragmented National Assembly since the democratic changes.
"The 2014 election holds the record so far. Then we had an eight-party parliament”, he added, quoted by novini.bg
"The task with the most fragmented parliament possible is that a coalition cannot be formed with less than four formations. It is possible with three, if seven or eight formations enter," the political scientist specified.
Prof. Svetoslav Malinov believes that the way out is the formation of a regular cabinet, despite the fragmentation. He defined the day as “dangerous for Bulgarian democracy”.
„We must put pressure on the parties to form a regular government”, expressed Prof. Malinov's opinion.
