In the record of the seizure of the gold and in the case itself, I wrote that they were from my grandmother. A will from her is attached to the case. This is how Yavor Zlatanov, the owner of gold and money, answered in the show "EvroDikov" to a question asked by Lubena Pavlova, the ex-wife of Pepi Evroto.
A few days ago, the Sofia City Court terminated and returned to the prosecutor's office the document fraud case against Petyo Petrov-Euroto, related to the “Eight Dwarfs” affair.
Yavor Zlatanov read the testimony of Tsvetelina Tsvetkova (attorney from Lyubena's office) from the case against Petyo Petrov -Euroto, which took place a week ago.
“I don't know Yavor Zlatanov. She says she worked for Lubena and Petyo Petrov. Lyubena called and said that the prosecutor's office will give my money to one person – Dimitar Lambovski.”
Zlatanov specified that the lawyer in question refused to do so, but was threatened by Lubena. After that, a complaint was filed against her and her legal rights were suspended.
“Dimitar Lambovski himself explains how they called him and took him to Pepi Euroto and ordered him to sign a fake contract, with which he supposedly gives me money to be kept for him. At first he refused, but then Petyo Petrov threatened him that he would be convicted in a second instance of his old case.”
