"National Company Industrial Zones" (NKIZ) EAD will hold a competition for the lease of 615 decares of agricultural land, the company announced.
It is about 5 properties that are located in the land of the village of Marino Pole, in the municipality of Karlovo, the largest of which has an area of 191.7 decares and is located in the area of “Chakla”.
NKIZ specifies that the properties can be used for agricultural purposes.
The initial auction price of the two largest properties is BGN 127.68/acre, and the remaining three – BGN 106.4/acre. The lease term is 5 years, starting from October 1. The evaluation of the participants will be based on the "Proposed highest price" criterion.
The deadline for submitting documents is September 3.

At the moment, the national company is in the process of negotiations with several investors, including companies from Germany, Abu Dhabi, Turkey. The investments of only 2 of these companies have a total value of over BGN 155 million and will create over 500 new jobs.
