Dozens of amateur photographers and avid astronomy fans took to at sunset, the most convenient places on the Plovdiv hills in an attempt to photograph a rare comet that is passing very close to the Earth these days, BNT reported.

The object, called Tsuchinshan-ATLAS, was at its closest approach to Earth on Saturday, about 70.6 million kilometers away. Today, the comet is less visible, but it was still captured by dozens of viewers.
