A case of rape of a 13-year-old girl in 2000 . was filed against American rapper Sean Carter, known as Jay-Z, as well as American rap artist Sean Combs, better known by the aliases Pee Diddy and Puff Daddy, NBC News reported.

The two are among the most successful and wealthy hip-hop artists and musicians.

The lawsuit was originally filed in October and named Sean Combs as the defendant. Yesterday, however, Jay Z was added to the case.

The plaintiff, whose real name has not been released, claims the incident happened at a house where there was a party after the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.

She didn't have a ticket to the event and approached limo drivers to get into the party. One of the drivers told her that she "fits what Didi is looking for". He later took her to his house. Upon arrival, the girl signed confidentiality documents.

According to her, there were stars at the party, the guests used marijuana and cocaine. The girl, according to the lawsuit, was offered to drink, she felt sick and went to the room to lie down. Carter and Combs then allegedly entered the room. According to the lawsuit, Carter raped her while Combs and an unnamed celebrity watched. She also claims she was forced to have sex with Combs, but managed to punch him in the neck and he "stopped".

Carter himself, commenting on the television channel, called the accusations “monstrous”. "I'm begging you to file a criminal case, not a civil one! Anyone who would commit such a crime against a minor should be in prison," he said.

Combs' lawyers called the lawsuits "unconscionable publicity stunts designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear that lies will be spread about them.

Didi is accused of rape, sexual assault, harassment, beating and unlawful imprisonment. The crimes are believed to have been committed between 2000 and and 2022 in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas at Diddy's infamous parties.

Sexual abuse claims have been filed against the musician several times. In September, a court in New York indicted him on charges of sex trafficking, organizing a criminal enterprise and organizing prostitution. Didi is in custody.
