Russian comedians Vovan (Vladimir Kuznetsov) and Lexus (Alexey Stolyarov) pranked American film director David Lynch shortly before his death by calling him on behalf of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
A recording of the conversation was published on the pranksters' Telegram channel.
During the conversation, the director advised Zelensky to bring 700 siddhis - yogis with supernatural powers - to the country so that they could cover Ukraine with a “living protective positive field” with the help of transcendental meditation.
Lynch emphasized that this decision will not eliminate the need for military action.
“You have to, of course, continue to fight the old way, the old way, unfortunately. But this group of 700 siddhis will be an addition to that fight. This is a new way“, Lynch said.
The director died on January 16 at the age of 78. .
