Judicial reform – there is none. Constitutional reform – straight into the trash. Again… Is it for the trash, or is it just right for the “powerful in politics”. I think the second is more correct. Otherwise, the lawyer Hristo Ivanov – from the good powers that be, who couldn't remember who exactly proposed these “genius“ changes in the basic law, made it so that both GERB now feel washed up (b.r. – from that conversation of Radostin Vasilev), and DPS feel strong to determine what and how will happen in the state. And the great changes in the Constitution, inspired by the great desire for revenge and to harm President Radev, because he is the “evil” who allowed himself to rule through official offices, made it so that we have a new form of state rule &ndash ; official party cabinet. So, the cabinet is no longer Radev's office, because he has become a stamp beater, and it is not the office of Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev, who proposed names that were acceptable (note – in the initial version), but started to he changes because that's what he's told, and it's not Borisov's and GERB's, even though he says who he likes and who he doesn't. In other words, everyone says: “I have nothing to do!“ It's so convenient, isn't it.
But what are the facts
“The Replacement” of the change resulted in the following happening after the dramatic change in the Constitution. Instead of Radev having official authority, but also bearing responsibility, GERB received it, but without bearing responsibility. Borisov recommended to the acting Prime Minister to replace the Foreign Minister and Prime Minister Glavchev removed him – now and instantly. To stand in his place Daniel Mitov, deputy chairman of GERB. As they say, socially accepted by all. We don't want the Minister of Agriculture Kiril Vitev either. Glavchev removes it. The composition of the cabinet is changing so dramatically that we may soon hear that someone does not want Glavchev… So what. That we will soon change the chief prosecutor for a week or two, that an acting prime minister will be stretched.
Will there be a change
Rather not, but there will be a series of elections (NB - this is a prediction). Asen Vassilev from “the change” said that GERB should change to have talks after the June 9 election. But who and why will GERD change, since they currently feel strong, “washed” and ready to rule. Borisov said that even if GERB and DPS have more than 150 votes in the elections, the two parties will not govern. It's not that there won't be a small “crutch” party to assemble the government, but then it will also be about taking responsibility. Why be responsible when you can push the state forward with official offices. The elections are held on June 9, GERB has not changed, PP-DB refuse to negotiate and participate, we are going to new elections with the "Glavchev" cabinet. 2 in the fall. These elections also pass without results, comes “Glavchev” 3. Of course, without responsibility, but under clear pressure to manage. And everyone is happy, and the state goes about its business irresponsibly. We have a parliament, that means we will have a budget when the time comes. If we have a budget, we will “deal” responsible, understand in principle irresponsible, but things are under control. Who controls who should – irresponsibly, but in the name of the people.
A new form of government in Bulgaria - ex officio party cabinet
Or how the state will go irresponsibly from election to election
