GERB announced that it would resume negotiations with “Democratic Bulgaria” if the formation accepts the candidacy of Rosen Zhelyazkov for prime minister, and the election of Borislav Sarafov for prosecutor general officially becomes a bargaining chip in the negotiation process.

Option one: Zhelyazkov – Prime Minister, Sarafov does not become Prosecutor General.
Option two: Zhelyazkov – does not become Prime Minister, Sarafov becomes Prosecutor General.

GERB's offer was that they would support the changes to the Electoral Code and the Judiciary Law if the DB agreed to Rosen Zhelyazkov becoming a king, sorry, prime minister.

Then GERB (69 MPs) announced that talks were continuing only with ITN (18) and BSP (20). And here the people around Ahed Dogan from “Democracy, Rights and Freedoms“ (19) reached out. Dogan's MRF is completely sufficient in the four to have 126 votes in parliament and form a cabinet. The question is how acceptable they are.
