The youngest son of the Republican Donald Trump - Barron Trump will not be part of the delegates who will participate in the party conference at which Trump will be officially nominated as a presidential candidate, France Press reported. The news was announced by the office of Trump's wife Melania, quoted by BTA.
Barron was elected as a delegate to the party conference by the Florida branch of the Republican Party. It is a great honor for him, but he regrets that he will not be able to participate in the event, said a statement from the office of the former first lady, provided to AFP.
Barron is 18 years old.
At the party conference in Milwaukee in July, Trump's other children are expected to attend – Eric and Donald Trump Jr., as well as his daughter Tiffany. Trump's other daughter – Ivanka, who was his adviser during his first term as president, is not on the list of delegates.
As for Trump's daughter-in-law – Lara, she was recently elected co-chair of the Republican Party at the national level.
