Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić discussed the situation in Kosovo with the head of the European Union delegation in Serbia, Emmanuel Joffre, today and called on the EU and the member states urgently and through a concrete commitment to "oppose the arbitrariness of Pristina", reports the Belgrade newspaper "Politika", quoted by BTA .
"With Ambassador Jofre, I discussed the situation in Kosovo, relations between Serbia and the EU, as well as the steps we are taking to advance on our European path. I called on the EU and the member states urgently and through a concrete commitment to oppose the arbitrariness of Pristina, which threatens the security of the Serbian people and the stability of the entire region, Vucic wrote on his Instagram account.
He thanked the ambassador for everything the EU is doing, especially in the area of investments, economic and social integration and support for reforms in Serbia.
„The focus of the conversation was the implementation of the projects foreseen in the European Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, which should contribute a lot to the rapprochement of the region and the EU and to a better life for all our citizens”, Vucic added.< /p>
