Ten people were injured after a Russian planning bomb hit a multi-story residential building on the second floor last night the largest Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, announced the mayor of the city Igor Terekhov and the regional governor of the Kharkiv region Oleg Sinegubov, quoted by Reuters and BTA.
He added that the bomb fell between the third and fourth floors of the five-story building.
Terekhov reported that there was a fire at the site and at least 10 cars were on fire in addition to the building. Emergency and rescue service teams were sent to the scene of the impact, reports the UNIAN agency.
Among the injured is a three-year-old girl, Sinegubov said, adding that there are no seriously injured, but there may be more people buried under the rubble.
